Sqodwarde Tornarkles, also known as Squidward Tentacles, is a demonic blue squid and one of Spingebill Skorpleponce's best friends. An eldritch horror of immeasurable might, Sqodwarde became a presidential candidate after Steve Brule's presidency ended. A filthy, rotten crook, Sqodwarde was not favored by voters, so he tried killing off the competition, which included Clark Kent, but he was arrested instead. As vengeance, Sqodwarde broke out of prison and edited an episode of Spingebill's cartoon show, "SpongeBob SquarePants", within 24 seconds to make it ten times more horrifying than it already was. When it aired the episode, "Squidward's Suicide", scared millions of people to death, so the superstitious and cowardly lot called the government instantly made Sqodwarde the President of the United States. However, "Squidward's Suicide" led to the cancellation of "SpongeBob SquarePants", leaving Spingebill Skorpleponce embittered. After Sqodwarde's inauguration speech, Deadpool, a mercenary hired by Spingebill to kill Sqodwarde, tricked him into eating calamari. This made Sqodwarde so depressed that he comitted suicide, a real-life "Squidward's Suicide."
